This picture was taken in 2021 on Stewart Island. After a long day walking, I set my alarm for 2 am to see if I could be lucky enough to see the Southern Lights.
Up to my surprise, instead of the lights, the milky way was majestically glowing and falling to the sea.
I could have not been happier. It was a very magical moment and even after taking the picture, I stayed there for another hour contemplating the amazing scenery.

About me...
I am a camerawoman and photographer from Barcelona based in Raglan, New Zealand for many years.
I travel around the kiwi roads as much as I can and jump in the water with the camera whenever I get the chance as well.
I sell my art in markets and online. I'm always re-investing the money I make in the next travel-project-documentary or photoshoot.
